‘A Thousand Years of Music’ at Bicester on 20 April

Regular readers of this blog will be beginning to think that I’m obsessed with ‘value for money’ Honestly, I’m not – although I guess it’s a very good thing to have – and today I can report that Bicester music lovers are in for a treat when world renowned guitarist Clive Carroll presents ‘A 1000 Years Of Music’ at The John Paul II Centre in The Causeway at 8.00pm on Saturday, 20 April. Described by Acoustic Guitar magazine as ‘ The best and most original young acoustic guitar player and composer in Great Britain’, Clive is a virtuoso performer with an exceptional understanding of the acoustic guitar and its historical importance. He has toured extensively throughout Europe, the US and Australia and records with BMG/RCA with whom he has released three solo albums.

The Concert is part of the Good Night Out programme sponsored by the Oxfordshire Arts Partnership. Tickets are £8 each and it is highly recommended that they be purchased in advance from me on 01869 277523 or directly from The Parish Office at The John Paul II Centre in The Causeway, Bicester.
